If you come to this page and you see this yellow dialog box above each record like the one below:

This would indicate that your domain is not being managed by our cPanel hosting server nameservers. Frequently Asked Questions

    What are DKIM and SPF?
DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) digitally signs your outgoing emails so receiving servers can verify they came from you. SPF (Sender Policy Framework) tells other mail servers which servers are authorized to send email on behalf of your domain. Together they build trust and reduce the chance of your emails landing in spam.

Do I need both DKIM and SPF?
Yes. We strongly recommend installing both records. Many email providers like Gmail and Outlook check for both when deciding whether to deliver your email to the inbox or the spam folder.

    Good to Know
After installing DKIM and SPF, we recommend testing your email score at Mail-Tester.com. Send an email to the address they provide and aim for a 10/10 score. Additionally, if you use a third-party DNS provider like Cloudflare, you will need to manually copy the DKIM and SPF record values and add them as TXT records in your DNS provider. The records will not install automatically in that case. If you run into any issues, open a support ticket through the client portal and our team will assist you.
