    Frequently Asked Questions

Can I forward one email to multiple addresses?
Yes. You can create multiple forwarders for the same email address, each pointing to a different destination. All recipients will receive a copy of every incoming email.

Will the original mailbox still receive emails if I set up a forwarder?
Yes. A forwarder sends a copy to the destination address. The original mailbox still receives the email unless you choose the Discard option instead.

    Good to Know
Email forwarders do not use additional disk space on your hosting plan since they simply redirect mail to another address. Additionally, if you are forwarding to an external provider like Gmail, make sure to add your cPanel server as an authorized sender in your Gmail settings to avoid forwarded emails landing in spam. If you run into any issues, open a support ticket through the client portal and our team will assist you.
